Ms. Derrick joined Rogers Law Group in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to making a difference in her community. Originally from Alaska, she relocated from Palmer to Fairbanks to attend the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. With over 10 years of experience in child welfare, Heather is highly regarded for her expertise in navigating the complexities of the system and providing invaluable support to those in need.

Her work experience as a liaison for the Multi-Disciplinary Team at Stevie's Place further solidifies her reputation as a trusted professional in her field. Heather’s compassionate approach, combined with her extensive knowledge of both child welfare and the court system, allows her to advocate effectively for her clients and deliver meaningful results.



Outside of her career, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, and exotic birds—always finding balance between her professional accomplishments and her personal life.
